Born in Istanbul in 1991, Ogulcan Kemal Sagun completed his high school education at Saint-Joseph French High School and graduated from Sabanci University Department of Economics in 2014. Following his university graduation, he completed his master's and doctorate degrees in Fishery Management at Ege University. Ogulcan Kemal Sagun, who serves as the Vice Chairman of Group Sagun, also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Istanbul Fishery and Animal Products Exporters' Association.
