Advanced Processing & Freezing Technology
The automated filleting, packaging, and freezing systems used in the facilities comply with international food safety standards. Every stage of production adheres to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, BRC and IFS certifications. Freezing processes are carried out in a way that preserves the product’s cellular structure without damage, maintaining maximum freshness and nutritional value.
Global Transportation Network
Group Sagun’s cold-chain supported logistics system enables products to reach customers worldwide within 24–48 hours from harvest. Throughout this process, specially designed refrigerated container vessels and temperature-controlled land transportation vehicles are used to ensure maximum freshness, quality, and safety.

- İstanbul Headquarters: The center where management, finance, foreign trade, and general coordination processes are carried out.
- İstanbul Fish Processing Facility: Processing and freezing operations for both domestic and export markets are conducted here.
- Tekirdağ and İpsala Processing Facilities: Provide high-hygiene fish processing and cold storage services suitable for domestic and export operations.
- Aydın - Söke Biomar-Sagun Feed Facility: Produces fish feed in collaboration with the Denmark-based Biomar Group and distributes it to aquaculture farms across Türkiye.
- Tokat, Karacaören, Kayseri, Kırşehir, and Elazığ Facilities: Feature trout and rainbow trout farming and processing units; logistics networks operate from these regions.
- Antalya Facility: Conducts seabream and seabass farming, as well as processing, freezing, packaging, and storage operations.
- İzmir-Urla Facility: Hosts farming and advanced processing for seabream, seabass, and bluefin tuna, while also serving as a shipment hub.
- Sinop Facility: A strategic storage center supporting fishing and advanced processing operations in the Black Sea; also home to Turkish Salmon farming and processing.
- Adana Facility: Carries out processing and cold-chain operations for the Central Anatolia and Mediterranean regions.
- Tunceli, Erzurum, Artvin, Burdur, and Van Facilities: Contain trout and rainbow trout farming and processing units; logistics networks enable distribution from these regions.
Group Sagun’s multi-centered logistics structure guarantees freshness and quality throughout the entire journey from sea to table. All production and storage processes in each facility are managed in compliance with international standards (BRC, IFS, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GlobalG.A.P).
