Group Sagun’s Aquaculture operations are designed to protect water resources and ensure the continuity of the ecosystem. The systems used in our production processes are based on eco-friendly, sustainable, and scientifically supported methods. In addition, regular microbiological tests and environmental analyses are
conducted in the laboratories located within each production facility, ensuring continuous monitoring of both fish health and environmental quality.
The facilities operate with advanced technology automation systems in fish processing, freezing, and packaging processes, and hygiene protocols are implemented at international standards. Every product is tracked through traceability principles, enabling complete quality control at every stage from sea to table.
The main species produced include Çipura (Seabream), Levrek (Seabass), Granyöz (Meagre), Alabalık (Trout), Türk Somonu (Turkish Salmon), and Mavi Yüzgeçli ORKİNOS (Bluefin Tuna). All species are safeguarded with international certifications such as GLOBALG.A.P., ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, BRC, and IFS.
Group Sagun’s aquaculture facilities are spread across various regions of Türkiye, including Tokat, Elazığ, Antalya, İzmir, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Karacaören, Erzurum, Tunceli, Artvin, Burdur, Van, Sinop, and others. This strategic distribution provides logistical advantages and allows worldwide delivery within 24–48 hours, preserving maximum freshness.
With an annual production capacity of over 30,000, Group Sagun is a leading force in Türkiye’s seafood exports. Reaching markets across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, our products represent not just superior taste but also responsible production and environmental awareness.
